Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
  • We shall ship your order as soon as possible. We have two warehouses one is at City and the other in a rural area. We shall ship your product within 2 days if it’s available at our city warehouse otherwise it will take 5-9 days to ship, if the product stored at our rural warehouse.
  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 11-35 business days after shipping.
  • Most of the country and most of the items are available for free shipping. If there is any shipping for particular country or product it will  calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
3. Delivery Locations
  • We currently deliver world wide.
  • If your location is unserviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
  • While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, custom clearance issue at destination country or operational issues) may cause delays.
  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will either issue a refund or arrange a replacement.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
  • If you receive a package that is damaged or broken report it within 24 hours, along with images of the product and packaging. Also request you to shoot a product opening video, it will help to understand the situation clearly.

Import Duty and Custom Clearance

  • Certain items may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country.
  • If applicable, additional customs clearance charges must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and comply with the import laws and regulations of the destination country.
