We operate two warehouses to serve our international customers:

Dispatch time depends on which warehouse holds your item. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
Free shipping is available to most countries and on most items. Where a shipping charge applies for a specific country or product, it will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return.
